Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 SGT on a business day are packed the same day; later orders and weekend
orders are packed the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
Rates and times
- Singapore — 1-2 business days, free over US$150.
- Asia Pacific — 3-6 business days, from US$18.
- Europe / UK — 4-8 business days, from US$24.
- North America — 4-8 business days, from US$24.
Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returning an item
- Email support@stridval.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason.
- We send a return address and reference within one business day.
- Send the item unworn, in the original packaging, using a tracked service.
- We inspect on arrival and refund to the original payment method within five business days.
Exchanges
Tell us the size you need when you email and we hold the exchange unit while your return is in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If the item is faulty or not what you ordered we pay return postage and refund or replace it in full.
Send a photograph with your first message and we will not ask you to return it before we act.
