1. Who we are

This website and the STRIDVAL storefront are operated by STRIDVAL ATHLETIC PTE. LTD.,

2. What we collect

• Order data — name, delivery address, email, phone, items, order value and history.
• Payment data — the payment provider returns a transaction reference and payer email. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support data — messages you send us, including any order number quoted.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, kept in server logs for security and fraud prevention.
• Marketing data — email address and consent date, only if you subscribe.

3. Why we use it

• To take, process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns or exchanges.
• To confirm payment, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• To answer support requests and resolve disputes.
• To keep the site secure and available.
• To send marketing email where you have opted in; you can unsubscribe from any message.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies we rely on performance of a contract (order fulfilment),
legal obligation (tax records), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security) and consent
(marketing, non-essential cookies). Where the Singapore PDPA applies we collect and use personal data
only for the purposes notified to you, with your consent or as permitted by law.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout. Payment data is processed by that provider
under its own privacy terms. We receive only what is needed to confirm payment, process refunds and
answer disputes.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with parties needed to run the store: the payment provider, the carrier
delivering your parcel, our email and hosting providers, and our accountant. We do not sell personal
data. We disclose data where legally required or to establish or defend a legal claim.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Singapore, including in the European Union and the United
States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (normally seven years).
Support messages are kept up to two years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Server logs are kept for 90 days.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to
processing, and to receive a portable copy of your data. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to
support@stridval.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may also
complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: the cart and session cookies the store requires, and a security
cookie. We do not run advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Blocking essential cookies breaks
the cart and checkout.

11. Children

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Contact us and we will delete anything collected in error.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The version in force is the one published
here, with the date shown at the top.
